The man who brought the Avengers together seems to know every minute detail about the state of the world.
Having appeared in a whopping 11 Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, Fury ran S.H.I.E.L.D. for years while keeping tabs on absolutely everything there is to know about not only global politics, but intergalactic threats as well. How he manages to do this without the resources of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a bit murky, but it is safe to say Fury keeps his schedule packed.
(#2) Pepper Potts

Running a Fortune 500 company is seriously no joke and, from Iron Man 2 onward, Pepper Potts is the CEO of Stark Industries.
In addition to dating (on-again, off-again) an egotistical playboy like Tony Stark, Pepper manages to do everything that comes with running a major corporation without missing a beat. This even eventually includes raising a daughter with Stark and becoming a superhero in her own right with the Rescue armor from Avengers: Endgame.

Just listen to the laundry list that Stark recites when challenged by Captain America on what he is without his suit of armor in The Avengers: genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist. In addition to being a self-made superhero, Stark is a genius-level inventor responsible for a Fortune 500 company (until he signs control away to Pepper Potts) who never appears to sleep very much.
Stark is obsessed with upgrading his suits - he gets all the way up to 85 versions before his sacrifice in Avengers: Endgame - but he also finds time to try and better the world with projects like developing clean energy, which is shown during his introductory scene in The Avengers.
(#4) Doctor Strange

As Sorcerer Supreme, Stephen Strange is tasked with protecting the planet from all otherworldly and dimensional threats. In terms of daunting job descriptions in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this one certainly takes the cake.
There are seemingly endless possibilities to the types of menaces Strange must protect the world from and, while cinephiles have only seen him go up against Dormammu and Thanos thus far, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will surely introduce new perils the magic-wielding doctor must fend off.
(#5) Happy Hogan

Happy Hogan is Tony Stark's loyal personal assistant and bodyguard. Happy always appears to be at Stark's side, and everyone knows personal assistants are always busier than their bosses.
By the time Spider-Man: Homecoming rolls around, Happy has been promoted to asset manager as he oversees the transportation of everything from Avengers Tower to the New Avengers Facility that is shown in Avengers: Age of Ultron. After Stark's demise, Happy even becomes a mentor of sorts to Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Far From Home.
(#6) Shuri
Princess Shuri, sister of King T'Challa, manages to balance the varying responsibilities of royalty while also developing cutting-edge technology and driving Wakanda's technological industry.
Just look at all the cool things she has created for T'Challa in Black Panther: sound-absorbing shoes, new vibranium armor, and virtual reality cockpits that pilot real vehicles. Shuri is out here rivaling Tony Stark with her obsession with inventing, and she's hardly had any screen time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
(#7) Maria Hill

Helping run a governmental organization as wide-ranging as S.H.I.E.L.D. is nothing to scoff at, and being Nick Fury's right hand can't be as glamorous as it sounds. One can only imagine the off-screen shenanigans Hill gets up to in the down and dirty world of espionage and intrigue.
Even when S.H.I.E.L.D. folds after the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Hill manages to keep busy by assisting the Avengers through her employment at Stark Industries all while remaining in contact with a ghosted Fury.
(#8) Black Panther
- The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Black Panther, Ultimate Avengers 2, Marvel Universe
T'Challa, the titular Black Panther, serves his country as a combination superhero/spy/king who takes an active role in national defense and diplomacy.
As if being a king weren't enough, T'Challa also finds time to utilize his superpowers for the benefit of his people while spearheading international relations and being expected to maintain levelheadedness in the face of conflict. Combine aspects of Queen Elizabeth, James Bond, and Batman, and you'll get an awesome character like T'Challa.
(#9) Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers)

While audiences are currently in the dark about what Carol Danvers was up to between Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame, it is clear she was so busy, she couldn't return to Earth for 20+ years. Even then, it was only during a universe-wide state of emergency.
It's like she says in Avengers: Endgame, "There are a lot of other planets in the universe. And unfortunately, they didn't have you guys." Marvel Studios is sure to fill in that decades-long gap with future sequels, but Danvers doesn't appear the type to just sit on her hands and wait for trouble.
(#10) Thanos

Before getting his hands on all six Infinity Stones in order to wipe out half of all life in the universe, Thanos was just going from planet to planet committing atrocities after atrocities.
While it is unclear how Thanos managed to figure out when he had offed half of all life on each planet he visited (i.e., does he have census data? Does he just count out every single person everywhere he goes? Is it really that precise of a project?), that kind of work keeps a man busy. A superpowered maniac hellbent on eradicating half of all life doesn't have a lot of downtime - that's a lot of people to wipe out.
(#11) Nova-Prime
- Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel Universe
Nova Prime Irani Rael is the commander of the Nova Corps, and as Marvel Comics fans know, operating an intergalactic police force like the Nova Corps is no joke. Imagine how hard it is to run a police force in modern-day America, and now try to fathom what that would be like on an intergalactic scale. It doesn't seem to be an enviable position.
Though it is unclear if Rael survived after Thanos ransacked Xandar for the Power Stone and slayed half of the planet's population just before the events of Avengers: Infinity War, one thing's for sure: She undoubtedly wouldn't have taken that punch on the chin without a fight.
(#12) Hawkeye

Raising three kids can't be the easiest thing in the world - it's like his wife says in Avengers: Age of Ultron, they're outnumbered! - but can you imagine doing that while being a member of the Avengers? Talk about work-life balance.
Unlike every other member of the Avengers team, until Stark and Pepper have Morgan in Avengers: Endgame, Barton has a family waiting for him at home after he takes on the baddies of the world each day. Does the guy ever have any semblance of free time to himself?
(#13) The Vulture
Spider-Man: Homecoming villain Adrian Toomes manages to run a construction company that's also a front for an underground ring that sells Chitauri tech-enhanced devices while being a faithful husband and father.
Being a devoted family man is hard enough as it is for a guy that busy, but also keeping your evil ways a secret from those you love most? That can't be an easy set of balls to juggle.
(#14) Darren Cross
Ant-Man villain and CEO of Cross Technologies Darren Cross runs a tech company while also personally overseeing the development of shrink-based tech designed for conflict. It's safe to say the guy has a lot on his plate, so much so that his obsession with being remembered as a success appears to drive him a bit mad... well, that and his unprotected usage of the shrinking process.
While talking to Scott Lang, Hank Pym - the creator of Pym Particles and shrinking tech in general - says, "The [shrinking] process is highly volatile. If one isn't protected by a specialized helmet, it can affect the brain's chemistry. I don't think Darren realizes this, and, you know, he's not the most stable guy to begin with."
