Daredevil is an expert martial artist and has fought toe-to-toe against the likes of Elektra (when they weren't making out), Bullseye, and some of the Marvel's heaviest hitters. He routinely goes up against villains more powerful than he is, and while he does have a super-sensory edge, his hand-to-hand fighting prowess is his real advantage.

  • Nightwing on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#4) Nightwing

    • Batman, Batman: Under the Red Hood

When he was a boy, Dick Grayson witnessed his parents' demise at the hands of a mobster. Taken in by Bruce Wayne, it wasn't long before the young man began his tutelage in the art of vigilante justice by the Dark Knight himself. Soon, the acrobat was soaring over rooftops as Robin, the Boy Wonder.

Dick remained as Robin for years, but after a while, he left his mentor to join forces with the Teen Titans. He later attended college and dropped the Robin identity to become Nightwing. Nightwing possesses many of the fighting skills, tools, and gadgets as his mentor, Batman - though he is considered by most denizens of the DC Universe to be far more personable. He is a highly skilled athlete, acrobat, and martial artist.

  • Moon Knight on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#5) Moon Knight

    • Werewolf By Night, Marvel Universe

There have been several versions of Moon Knight over the years, but the best example of a street-level Moon Knight is the one currently beating up villains in the Marvel Universe. Marc Spector suffers from multiple personality disorder, and there are several verified personalities running around in his head, with Spector being only one.

As Moon Knight, he doesn't currently possess any superhuman abilities - though in the early days, he did possess powers that were dependent on the lunar cycle. These days, he has to get by as an expert detective who is capable of kicking anyone's butt thanks to his mastery of several forms of martial arts. Additionally, he's equipped with a ton of gadgets and weaponry, making him capable of taking on much more powerful enemies.

  • Shang-Chi on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#6) Shang-Chi

The son of Fu Manchu, Shang-Chi is a master of kung fu, specifically wushu styles, and is more than capable of taking down opponents with nunchaku and other martial arts weaponry.

Shang-Chi is unparalleled in his mastery of martial arts, and while Danny Rand (Iron Fist) may think he is the preeminent martial arts master of the Marvel Universe, Shang-Chi might have something to say about that. He has mastered every form of martial arts he attempts, as well as gained mastery of his Chi.

  • Black Widow on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#7) Black Widow

    • S.H.I.E.L.D., Avengers, Marvel Universe

Though she may be best known for appearing in the MCU thanks to Scarlett Johansson's portrayal, Natalia Romanova has been a part of the Marvel Universe since Tales of Suspense #54 from 1964. The movies have covered her character rather well - though, in the comics, she was an enemy of Iron Man prior to defecting to the United States.

Romanova ended up with S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers, where she stands beside giants and puts many of them to shame with her remarkable skills. She's an expert assassin, markswoman, tactician, and one of the deadliest women in the Marvel Universe. She's gone up against the Hulk and many people much stronger than she is.

  • Green Arrow on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#8) Green Arrow

    • Batman: The Brave and the Bold, DC Universe

Oliver Queen began life as a reckless socialite, meant to inherit his father's fortune and take over Queen Industries. When a party cruise went terribly wrong, he washed up on the shore of a deserted island where he remained for two years. He survived by using his bow and arrow, and the ordeal helped train and mold him into the vigilante superhero who would become the Green Arrow.

When he returned from the island, Ollie took to the streets to deliver his unique brand of justice. His skills with a bow and arrow are unmatched, but he's also an expert martial artist and hand-to-hand combatant. He uses high-tech equipment, which he often incorporates into specialty "trick" arrows, and is at peak human conditioning and athleticism, making him worthy of fighting alongside other more powerful members of the Justice League.

There have been several young men - and one woman - who have fought bad guys under the guise of Robin. Whether it's Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown, or Damian Wayne, Robin has been an ally and friend to Gotham City's Dark Knight since the very beginning.

Each Robin has primarily received their training from Batman, which pretty much makes any version Batman-lite. An intelligent and capable detective, the Boy or Girl Wonder is also one of the best hand-to-hand fighters in the DC Universe. Despite a Robin's youth, they're more than capable of taking on foes with more experience and training.

  • Elektra on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#10) Elektra

    • Daredevil, Elektra, Marvel Universe

Elektra Natchios first appeared in the pages of Daredevil back in 1981, and it wasn't long before she became a fan-favorite character. She was Matt Murdock's love interest, but was slain soon after her debut. Fortunately, she didn't remain in the ground for long, and has been running around the Marvel Universe ever since.

Elektra is one of the deadliest people on the planet, and her skills as a ninja make her a master martial artist capable of taking on any foe. She is particularly skilled with edge weapons, but prefers to use twin sais in combat. She does possess a low-level telepathic ability, but her deadliest skill is easily her martial arts training.

  • Clint Barton on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#11) Clint Barton

    • The Avengers

Clint Barton is the first character to go by the name Hawkeye in the Marvel Universe. He first appeared as a reluctant villain in Tales of Suspense #57 back in 1964, and later joined forces with the Avengers the following year. Every now and again he leaves the team, but he usually returns in time.

Hawkeye is an expert archer, a master tactician, an acrobat, and a hand-to-hand combatant. He likes to use so-called "trick" arrows, but is just as adept at firing the pointy kind into his enemies. You might think he would be easier to take when up close and personal, but he's just as deadly in a fight as he is with a bow.

  • Rorschach on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#12) Rorschach

    • Watchmen

Walter Joseph Kovacs, otherwise known as Rorschach, was a member of the Crimebusters, but when superheroes were outlawed, he continued to prowl the streets. He was once a teammate to Nite Owl, who was similar to Batman in the Watchmen Universe, but Rorschach was far more comfortable working on his own. He wears a mask to hide his identity, but in many ways, his mask is his identity.

Rorschach is a deeply troubled man, and his brand of justice is starkly black and white. He doesn't have any superpowers, but that doesn't mean you want to be on his bad side. He's a deadly hand-to-hand fighter, and he doesn't shy away from using anything within reach to win a fight. At one point, he adhered to his partner Nite Owl's non-lethal form of vigilantism, but he left that philosophy behind after going solo.

    (#13) Katana

    • Suicide Squad, Outsiders, DC Universe

Like so many comic book characters, she is afflicted with a tragic backstory, though hers is somewhat unique. When her husband Maseo perished, his soul was trapped inside her blade, the Soultaker - meaning she carries the weight of her husband's life with her everywhere she goes.

Yamashiro has been a member of the Suicide Squad and Justice League. And, as a member of the Outsiders, she was personally chosen by Batman to take on the more dangerous missions. If that doesn't suggest that this is a woman who can take care of herself, not much will. She's an expert martial artist, and her sword can trap her enemies' souls and allow her to communicate with them post-mortem.

  • Wildcat on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#14) Wildcat

First introduced in 1942, Theodore "Ted" Grant gained fame as a world-class heavyweight boxing champion, but fell into the world of organized crime. He donned the costumed identity of Wildcat to clear his name.

From this, he built a crime-fighting career, which saw him closely associated with the Justice Society of America. He doesn't possess any superhuman abilities, but it's said that he possesses nine lives and greater than average strength for a man his size. He's also a world champion boxer who's at peak physical conditioning and has superb agility. Essentially, he's a brawler who can take the hits and give them back over and over again.

As her name suggests, she's a cat burglar who specializes in sneaking in and out of difficult and high-security areas. She has a number of weapons, which tie into her cat persona, including a bullwhip and razor-sharp retractable claws. She's an expert at hand-to-hand combat and a skilled gymnast with near-superhuman balance and agility.

From that point, she was determined to get justice by going after all criminals as Huntress - one of the city's many vigilantes.

Huntress first used deadly force to deal with her enemies, but over time, she learned to quiet her rage and handle things with a less lethal style of fighting. She is an expert at various forms of hand-to-hand combat, a highly skilled gymnast, and one of the best markswomen in the world.

She often finds herself at odds with superheroes who get in her way, though she's been an ally (and sometimes enemy) to Spider-Man and many other characters in the Marvel Universe.

While she may be the CEO of her company, she's not without her skills on the battlefield. Silver Sable is an expert in hand-to-hand combat and can use any firearm or edged weapon to take down her enemies. She has stood up to powerful heroes and villains alike - though she does have an army to back her up, which doesn't hurt in a fight.

  • Batwoman on Random Street-Level Superhero Win In An All-Out Bare Knuckle Street Fight

    (#18) Batwoman

    • Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman, DC Universe

That left her depressed, and when she was mugged in Gotham, she fought off her attacker as Batman showed up on the scene. Seeing the vigilante gave her the push she didn't know she needed to become a vigilante herself.

After purchasing some black market military gear, she outfitted herself for combat and began prowling the streets as a vigilante. She extended her training and took on terrorists and the like. Eventually, she became Batwoman (the second to take the name). She possesses peak human physical conditioning, is a brilliant detective and master martial artist, and can use advanced weaponry and spy tech.

She was once the web-slinger's love interest, and they've rekindled their relationship every now and again. She does possess a superpower, though it is somewhat difficult to define.

Hardy can alter the probability fields around people and objects to inflict "bad luck" upon people. She tagged along on an Avengers mission where everyone was captured, but after they attained their freedom, she found a cat suit worn by The Cat and took it for herself. Misty eventually became a crime-fighter duo with Wing as the Daughters of the Dragon, but over time, she shifted to become a member of Luke Cage's Heroes for Hire.
