  (#1) Mitsuki

  Mitsuki is a synthetic human and the son/clone of Orochimaru. He is an extremely talented shinobi who lives a minimalist lifestyle and cares deeply for his friends, specifically Boruto. Much like Orochimaru, Mitsuki has a fluid fighting style that blends with his Soft Physique Modification attacks. Mitsuki also has high levels of chakra energy that allows him to perform Sage Transformation at such a young age, as well as achieving Sage Mode. Another similarity to his “father,” Mitsuki has a variety of snake-themed moves, such as the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands and the Snake Clone Technique.

  (#2) Shinki

  Shinki is the prodigy shinobi of the Village Hidden in the Sand and the proud adoptive son of Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage. Before being trained by Gaara, Shinki had little to no control of his Iron Sand powers. Now, his Iron Sand abilities have surpassed his adoptive father’s. He can manipulate his Iron Sand for close-range attacks; unleash a giant wave from afar, and magnetize an enemy to his Iron Sand Weaponry. All while in a stationary position. In addition to Iron Sand, Shinki has also mastered the Puppet Technique and can control his skeleton puppet with sand instead of chakra threads. Regarding physical prowess, Shinki is quite agile and can quickly deliver counter-attacks to his enemies after evasion.

  (#3) Himawari

  • Crayon Shin-chan: The Legend Called: Dance! Amigo!

  Himawari Uzumaki is the adorable little sister of Boruto and the daughter of Naruto and Hinata Uzumaki. While she’s not officially a ninja, Himawari does have the potential to be one of the greats. Her most notable achievement was awakening her Byakugan, after Boruto accidentally destroyed her panda toy. Even at a young age, Himawari had enough strength to knock out her father in a single blow. The incident made Naruto and Boruto forever afraid of awakening Himawari’s anger again.

  (#4) Sarada Uchiha

  Despite knowing very little about her father, Sasuke Uchiha, Sarada Uchiha was a lot like him. She was initially a brooding loner who cared more about improving her skills than forging friendships. As Sarada attended the Academy, however, she learned to open up and let others in. Sarada inherited the best and worst of Sakura Haruno: her sharp mind and precise chakra control, and her short temper and intimidating anger. Just like her absent dad, Sarada is considered a ninja prodigy. She has a vast knowledge of ninjitsu and experience in ninja weaponry, such as Shurikenjutsu. As a descendent of the Uchiha Clan, Sarada has mastered moves like the Great Fireball Technique, Chidori, and, of course, the Sharingan.

  Shikadai Nara is a chip off the old block. His lax and disrespectful attitude stems from his father, Shikamaru Nara, while his more opinionated side comes from his mother, Temari. On the positive side, Shikada also inherited the sharp, analytical mind of his father, while mastering his mother’s Sickle Weasel Technique. As a member of the Nara Clan, Shikadai is also capable of performing the Shadow Imitation Technique, allowing him to manipulate his shadow just like his old man.

  (#6) Kawaki

  Before being taken in by Naruto, Kawaki had a horrible upbringing. He was abused by his drunkard dad and sold to Jigen, who used him as a guinea pig for a potential vessel for Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. On top of the physical and emotional abuse, Kawaki had his body modified against his will. As a result of his horrifying childhood, Kawaki was cold and untrusting of others. However, after being raised and trained by Naruto, Kawaki learned to experience joy. His modifications give Kawaki the ability to transform his body and produce blades or piercing tendrils, as well as fire off energy shockwaves and rapidly heal his injuries. Kawaki can also activate the Kāma mark of Isshiki Ōtsutsuki to absorb ninjitsu and deliver devastating explosions, but overusing its power will leave him unconscious.

  (#7) Mirai Sarutobi

  Mirai Sarutobi is the daughter of Kurenai Yūhi and Asuma Sarutobi. As a member of the Sarutobi Clan, Mirai is an exceptionally skilled fighter who can take on multiple opponents head-on with her chakra blades. Mirai is so renowned for her abilities she has been assigned bodyguard duties to high-profile clients, such as the Sixth and Seventh Hokage. Just like her fallen father, Mirai can take things too seriously, but she is also honorable and eager to rise up against a challenge. She possesses many of the techniques of her parents, such as the Flying Swallow or the Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death.

  (#8) Metal Lee

  In looks and spirit, Metal Lee takes a lot after his dad, Rock Lee. At such a young age, Metal Lee is already an expert at Taijutsu, and unlike his father, is able to externally release chakra to perform ninjitsu techniques. Metal Lee also successfully went toe-to-toe with Shinki and only lost the match against the Iron Sand master due to a technicality. The only thing in the way of Metal Lee is Metal Lee, as his insecurities get the best of him.

  The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Boruto Uzumaki is so much like his dad, Naruto Uzumaki, in power and personality. He’s brash, arrogant, stubborn, but also loyal and caring to his friends and family. As a son of Naruto, Boruto is embedded with large chakra reserves, allowing him to perform the most advanced ninja techniques at a young age, such as mastering the Rasengan. Additionally, as the son of Hinata Hyuga, Boruto has inherited the Byakugan and can use it to communicate with the dead. Boruto is skilled in Taijutsu; eligible in Senjutsu, and has amazing agility too.

  (#10) Kagura Karatachi

  As the grandson of the Fourth Mizukage, Kagura Karatachi displays promising skills as a shinobi. He is considered to be the strongest shinobi in the Village Hidden by Mist and has not only been asked by Chōjūrō to take his place in the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, but to also succeed him as the next Mizukage. However, Kagura’s abnormal skills in Kenjutsu come at a cost, as his subconscious bloodlust caused him to slaughter his fellow classmates, making him fearful of using a sword.

  (#11) Sumire Kakei

  Trained at a young age for vengeance, Sumire Kakei infiltrated the Academy to avenge the disbandment of Root and the ex-communication of its members. While Sumire initially appeared meek and shy, she’s actually a highly-skilled ninja who’s capable of fighting back against an entire adult squad of elites. After Sumire is redeemed by Boruto and friends, her faux shy personality actually becomes genuine. Sumire is extremely fluent in Water Release and Shurikenjutsu techniques and has a stealthy style to her fighting. Her greatest skill was summoning, as she could use the Gozu Tennō on her back to conjure up a giant snake-like mass of negative chakra to attack with. Even after losing the summoning contract, Sumire still retains a portion of the seal on her left hand.

  (#12) Yodo

  Yodo is a member of Team Shinki for the Village Hidden in the Sand. Fulfilling the comparison between Team Shinki and Three Sand Siblings, Yodo looks and feels like an adjacent character to Temari. However, in place of a giant fan, Yodo can manipulate her long, flowing hair to produce a powerful sonic boom. Yodo is also extremely skilled in Taijutsu, and can use her impeccable hearing to determine a person’s well-being through their heartbeat and breathing patterns.

  (#13) Iwabee Yuino

  Iwabee Yuino is a talented shinobi who, unfortunately, has trouble passing the academic side of being a ninja. Because of his poor testing skills and being constantly held back, Iwabee developed a rude and domineering attitude towards others. However, he begins to change for the better - in spirit and test performance - after meeting Boruto and friends. Iwabee’s greatest strength as a ninja is the Earth Release technique, as he can create a variety of weapons and protective walls from the ground below.

  (#14) Chōchō Akimichi

  Chōchō Akimichi is the daughter of Karui and Chōji Akimichi. Similar to her father, Chōchō never turns down a good meal and can convert her calories into chakra for various shape shifting attacks. She has mastered various body-expanding moves, such as the Partial Multi-Size Technique, Multi-Size Technique, and the Human Bullet Tank. Notably, she can activate Butterfly Mode without the aide of the Akimichi Clan’s Three Colored Pills.

  (#15) Inojin Yamanaka

  Inojin Yamanaka is the son of Ino and Sai Yamanaka. He’s obedient and heavily motivated, but also blunt and obtuse to other people’s feeling. Sai has taught Inojin how to animate his ink drawings to create powerful, real-life attacks, such as the Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet. Sai has also learned about Medical Ninjutsu from his mother, allowing him to use that knowledge to restrict his enemies and power-up his friends.

  (#16) Araya

  Araya is a member of Team Shinki from the Village Hidden in the Sand. While his white and purple Hannya-like mask may seem intimidating, Araya is just as camera shy as Metal Lee. He prefers to have his puppets in the spotlight, such as the creepy life-like replica he made of himself. Araya’s Puppet Technique skills are so impressive he was able to fight on par with Sarada in Sharingan mode.

  (#17) Yurui

  Yurui may act like a slob, even though he’s anything but a slouch. While extremely arrogant, Yurui is a talented ninja who knows how to throw his enemies off-guard with a false first impression. His weapon of choice is bubblegum, which he can use to trap enemies with or fire gooey projectiles at.

  (#18) Denki Kaminarimon

  Denki Kaminarimon is a shy but well-meaning boy who is studying hard to become a ninja. While his chakra reserves are still limited, Denki has become more agile and skilled in ninjitsu, specifically sealing techniques. Not bad for a lad who was bullied for his weakness. Denki is also quite intelligent and knows how to hack his way out of a sticky situation.
