Nobody would describe one of the worst kids in the Marvel Universe as a normal child. Diabolique, a five- or six-year-old little girl, loves silly little games - and murder. During her time in comic form, she has killed innocent people, taken apart demon lords, broken Ghost Rider, and toyed with the darkest forces in reality. Although she lusts for power, her usual modus operandi is finding a couple to be her “mommy” and “daddy” until she grows bored with them (or they throw themselves in front of a train to escape). Anyone she destroys becomes part of her Playmate, a mishmash of bodies, souls and ectoplasm that does whatever she wants. She has never been captured. She has never been defeated. She is still out there.

(#3) Kade Kilgore, the 12 Year Old Who Almost Destroyed the X-Men
The X-Men are one of Marvel’s premiere super teams, and the Hellfire Club is one of their oldest and most steadfast enemies - yet 12-year-old human Kade Kilgore took down and replaced the Hellfire Club’s Inner Circle all by himself. He also made the X-Men’s lives a living hell for a year. The first step in his grand scheme of global chaos: killing his businessman father and recruiting the most evil little kids in the world, including the youngest member of the Frankenstein family. If this kid ever decides to take villainy seriously, the Marvel Universe is in for a world of trouble.

(#4) Kelly and Donna Kooliq Could Destroy the Universe on a Whim
Kelly Kooliq was your average angsty teen who hated the world, but she had something other angsty teens didn’t: the ability to reorder reality on a whim. When a teenage bully mouthed off to her, she turned him into a tree (which was then burned to ash by another angsty superteen). She made her psychiatrist question his sanity, turned her parents into happy-go-lucky idiots, caused numerous fatal car accidents, and nearly destroyed the universe. Eventually, she gave up her powers and became a normal teen, but her little sister Donna gained the reality-warping powers instead, and immediately used the power to destroy a human life.

Mutant Tildie Soames brutally murdered her parents and tore several police officers apart, but it wasn’t her fault - her dreams made her do it. No, really. Authorities captured Tildie before she could hurt anyone else, and Dr. Kavita Rao used her as the poster child for her mutant cure. Now she’s no more dangerous than your average elementary student, but she did plenty of damage before she got help.

(#6) Kid Miracleman Killed Countless People Because He Could
As a small boy, young Johnny Bates was granted the powers of a god. Johnny fought as Kid Miracleman alongside his friends Miracleman and Young Miracleman. When the experimental program that created him fell apart, Johnny escaped and lived out his life in the godlike body of Kid Miracleman. Although KM physically grew up, inside he was still little Johnny - a confused, emotional child who frequently lashed out. Although Miracleman tried to stop KM's violence, the unhinged young man killed millions in London before KM transformed back into little, human Johnny, and Miracleman crushed his head. The little boy that never really grew up was the deadliest child in the Marvel multiverse.

Peter is a good boy. He wants nothing more than to save all the little mutant children and protect them with the help of his friend Nanny. Peter worries about poor little mutants who don’t have any parents to protect them - of course, if they do have parents, it’s Peter’s job to kill the parents so he and Nanny can protect them. And that’s why he’s called Orphan-Maker.
What makes Peter’s story particularly sad is that he has a child’s mind in an adult body, and he Nanny completely controls him, yet no one ever tries to save Orphan-Maker, they just punch him like they would any other super villain. Still, he’s one of the scariest villains to meet if you’re a small child with superpowers.

For decades, the battle-ready undead cyborg Deathloks have been feared throughout the Marvel Universe, and the newest of them is a young girl called Death Locket. Lacking the mental fortitude and military training of previous Deathloks, Death Locket is often manipulated, controlled, or programmed to kill. Already racking up a body count of strangers, enemies, and friends, Death Locket doesn't enjoy killing, but she doesn't care much either.

(#9) Strong Guy's Childhood Rival Was a Child Satanist
Little Charlie Ronalds had a problem. After seeing a Batman movie with his well-to-do parents one night, Charlie watched in horror as a mutant mugger shot his parents in an alley (yes, really). Charlie decides to make mutants everywhere pay for the crime, and he first targets a little boy who would become X-Factor member Strong Guy.
The muscle-bound X-Factor accidentally injures Charlie, deepening his rage. He spends the remainder of his childhood mutilating small animals in the hopes of summoning a demon. Hiding his foster mother’s kitchen knife in a cane, Charlie lures his neighbor’s cat, Mr. Whiskers, away, cuts it up, and hangs the corpse for all to see. He continues this behavior thanks to foster parents too terrified to punish him. Years later, Charlie succeeds in summoning a demon, but he fails to defeat any mutants.

(#10) Bentley-23 Killed Avengers by Turning Them Into Chocolate
The villainous Wizard created Bentley 23, his 23rd clone, with no other purpose than evil doing. Inheriting his father’s genius and trained by the Fantastic Four, Julius Caesar, and Sun Tzu, this prepubescent would-be conqueror invented numerous weapons, including a bomb capable of destroying the entire universe and the Death-by-Chocolate Ray. If that doesn’t sound impressive, Bentley defeated an entire team of alternate-reality Avengers by transmogrifying them into crumbling chocolate statues!

The youngest son of formerly-immortal monster hunter Ulysses Bloodstone, Cullen Bloodstone had a problem: he has a giant monster hiding in his back. Before Cullen learned to control the creature inside him, he and several other young superheroes were captured by the villain Arcade for a fight to the death. Cullen survived, but the experience traumatized him so badly, he began to embrace his monster and ally himself with villains. Now he tears apart whole military squads.

Unlike other heroes of this ilk, Kevin Green was not even remotely prepared for that kind of power. With the body of a hulk and the mind of an adolescent, Kevin decides to hit on the pretty girl in his class (while looking like an adult), confronts an abusive teacher by (accidentally) breaking all of his limbs, and generally lives the like a proverbial bull in a china shop.
