  Once they tie the knot, things don’t get any better. When Raj moves in, Penny ends up spending more time with him than with Leonard. She doesn’t seem happy. In reality, she would have left her husband by now. And if she plans on living her best life, she needs to get those divorce papers out soon.

  Al Bundy is the poster boy for bad husbands. He’s disrespectful and a complete jerk. At one point, he starts an anti-feminist group called No Ma’am. He clearly doesn’t care one bit about Peggy’s needs. And while she’s not the best wife in the world, at least she wouldn’t have to endure his crass comments all the time if they’d get a divorce.

  Ari Gold is a great agent, but he's a less than great as a husband. Melissa often suffers from his neglect, as he chooses to focus more on his clients than on his marriage. Although it’s clear he loves her, he does a poor job of showing it. Girl would be better off on her own.

  Archie Bunker may be funny, but he’s a horrible husband. Bigoted and verbally abusive, living with him day after day can’t be pleasant. Edith, a cheery and loving woman, would clearly benefit from hitting the road.

  Despite the name of the show, Peter is far from being a family guy. His behavior often puts his wife and children in peril. He spends a lot of time getting wasted with his drinking buddies and acting like an idiot. He takes his wife for granted, disrespects her, and pulls deadly pranks.

  Oh, and he doesn’t shy away from admitting to being attracted to other women. Why does Lois stay with him? It’s a mystery.

  Carmela is a strong woman, so her decision to put up with Tony in the long run is baffling. He’s a ruthless mobster who doesn’t shy away from cheating or, you know, murder. While his money provides a comfortable lifestyle for Carmela, the emotional damage she suffers at his hands would push any sane woman to file for a divorce.
