(#1) He Made an Entire Species His Servants
In the Expanded Universe, Darth Vader discovers a warrior race called the Noghri. Vader is so impressed by their combat capabilities he accepts their servitude in exchange for cleaning up their poisoned planet. But, of course, Vader ordered that their planet be poisoned further in exchange for their continued servitude.

(#2) Betraying His Apprentice Twice
Unbeknownst to the Emperor, Vader was training his own apprentice named Starkiller. Of course, the Emperor found out, so Vader pretended to kill him (without warning Starkiller first). Vader said he wouldn't interfere with Starkiller while he gathered the Emperor's enemies, but once he did, Vader came calling and tried to kill Starkiller again. Poor guy.

(#3) Owning Prince Xizor
The head of the extremely powerful crime organization Black Sun, Prince Xizor, had a bone to pick with Darth Vader. Not only did Xizor want revenge for one of Vader's orders resulting in the death of his family, he also wanted the favor of the Emperor. So, when Xizor discovers Luke is Vader's son, he puts a death mark on his head.
In retaliation, once he gets the opportunity, Vader blows up Xizor's space station above Coruscant with Xizor inside.

(#4) Mocking Palpatine’s Attempts to Assassinate Him
In Marvel's Darth Vader series, we get to see Vader's day-to-day dealings in the Empire. We also see Vader taking a lot of guff from Imperial brass, including his master. So, when Vader discovers the Emperor put him in a situation he's not expected to survive, Vader owns it and tells the Emperor to just try harder next time.

(#5) Killing All the Rebels Who Shot Him Down
In the Marvel Comics miniseries Vader Down, Darth Vader's Tie Fighter is shot down by the Rebel Alliance. Seeing an opportunity to take out the Emperor's right-hand man, the Rebels throw everything they have against him. Of course, everything they have isn't nearly enough.

(#6) Beating Darth Maul in a Duel
While it was only a "What If?" scenario, the comics showed off Darth Vader going through a Sith trial. The trial, of course, had him going up against the specter of Darth Maul. After a brutal lightsaber duel, Vader finally defeats him by stabbing himself to skewer Maul at the same time.

(#8) That Moment He Discovers Luke Is His Son
In Marvel's Star Wars comics, Vader is very interested in Luke. After all, any Force-sensitive kid who destroyed the Death Star is worth looking into. So, Vader employs the services of Boba Fett... who discovers this kid's last name is Skywalker.
Once Vader realizes just how much the Emperor lied to him, he's determined to get back what's his.

(#9) He Trained His Own Stormtrooper Legion
After Anakin became Darth Vader, he took command of his old clone unit, the 501st division. When the Empire replaced clones with conscript stormtroopers, Vader took it upon himself to train his unit personally. The resulting fighting force was known throughout the galaxy as "Vader's Fist."

(#10) That Time He Terminated a Planetary Insurgency
During a visit to the planet Ryloth, a local rebellious cell causes major damage to the Imperial presence on the planet. It also strands the Emperor and Vader together on the surface. So, of course, the two fight for survival and then Vader takes personal revenge on the people who inconvenienced him.

(#11) When He Owned Kanan and Ezra
In Star Wars: Rebels, the crew of the Ghost has pretty good luck fighting the Empire on Lothal... until a certain Sith Lord shows up. After all that flaunting of their Jedi powers, Kanan and Ezra finally discover their luck has run out when fighting Darth Vader during an operation.
With nearly no effort, he dispatches Kanan and almost makes Ezra kill himself with his own lightsaber.

(#13) Slaughtering Every Jedi He Comes Across
While Obi-Wan Kenobi told Luke that Vader helped hunt down the Jedi Knights, we never saw him in full Vader gear kicking ass during the height of the Empire. Well, the comics changed that. Not only do we see him kill Jedi after Jedi, but we saw him mentally breaking them before their end.
Some he drove to the dark side just before slaughtering them without mercy.
