(#11) The Triskelion - During The Shield Flashback

During the opening shot of the film, viewers get a peak at The Triskelion, Shield's HQ that's destroyed in Winter Soldier. Here, it's still being built and very '80s.
(#16) The Wasp - During Hank's Flashback

Since The Avengers was announced, people have been looking for Ant-Man and The Wasp. They are founding members of the team and it makes sense. A flashback in the film shows us how Hank’s wife, Janet van Dyne, seemingly sacrificed herself years earlier when preventing a nuclear attack. Also, at the end, Hank's daughter is even given her own suit.

During Darren Cross' speech about Pym’s rumored shrinking technology from back in the day, he utters the line, “...Propaganda, tales to astonish...” Then he winks. Tales to Astonish was the comic where Hank Pym made his very first appearance.

It wouldn’t be a true tale of Marvel Universe terrorism without a shout out to The Ten Rings. They're the group responsible for kidnapping Tony Stark in Iron Man, and the group headed by the Mandarin. When Darren Cross is shown entertaining potential buyers for his Yellowjacket armor, one man can be seen with the group’s logo tattooed on his neck.

The hotel where Scott Lang and his cohorts stay is named The Milgrom Hotel after classic Marvel artist Al Milgrom. He drew West Coast Avengers, which featured Hank Pym in his non-Ant-Man form for a 40 issue run.

When Hank Pym meets with Shield, there's a third character in the room that doesn't get as much screen time: Mitchell Carson. In the Ant-Man comics, Mitchell is a creep who was meant to take over the Ant-Man suit for Shield -- the suit that actually ended up in the hands of the third Ant-Man, Eric O'Grady. Mitchell Carson in the film varies wildly from his comic book counterpart, but they're both jerks.
