  (#1) Anthony Daniels And Kenny Baker In 'Star Wars'

  Daniels and Baker - C-3PO and R2-D2, respectively - have exchanged bitter words via interviews since Revenge of the Sith was released in 2005, but they have worked together as the robotic pair since the original Star Wars in 1977.

  Baker claims Daniels has always treated him with contempt, even in regards to friendly exchanges. "Once when I said hello to him he just turned his back on me and said, ‘Can’t you see I’m having a conversation?’ I was blazing with rage," Baker told the The Hollywood Reporter. He has taken Daniels's refusal to be part of the team - from on-set hangouts to working conventions - personally, claiming Daniels once said to him, "I don’t do many of these conventions - go away little man." Baker, who is under 4 feet tall, took it as an insult.

  On the flip side, Daniels once told a reporter, "I never saw him [Baker]. I mean, R2-D2 doesn't even speak. He might as well be a bucket." Wherever the truth lies, it doesn't seem like there's any interest in reconciliation. Baker has tried to scale back his judgmental comments, claiming it's all been blown out of proportion. "However I maintain that I don’t hate Daniels, in fact I don’t hate anyone as it just isn’t in my nature. I just don’t like him and have never understood what his problem is," Baker shared.

  (#2) Channing Tatum And Alex Pettyfer In 'Magic Mike'

  In the Magic Mike movie, Pettyfer plays Mike's protege Adam. According to Pettyfer, the real-life relationship between himself and Channing Tatum is nowhere near as amicable. "Channing Tatum does not like me. For many reasons. Many being my own fault," he confessed to an interviewer.

  Where does the enmity come from? Pettyfer, who was a young actor at the time, felt immense pressure from his agents to stay out of trouble on set, and it caused to him to retreat from his co-stars. He isolated himself, and developed a reputation for being unfriendly and difficult. Tatum, who put his neck out for the rising star, felt betrayed by this.

  On top of these filming tensions, Pettyfer rented an apartment from a friend of Tatum's and left before being caught up on his rent. "Don't be a clown," Pettyfer claims Tatum told him via email.

  (#3) William Shatner And George Takei On 'Star Trek'

  In his memoir Shatner Rules, William Shatner - Captain Kirk to Trekkies - comments on the decades-long feud between himself and Star Trek co-star George Takei - which began on the set of the TV series and continued into the films. Shatner writes, "[Takei] says that I have a 'big, shiny ego!' Well, actors have big egos. If mine is shiny, it's because I tend to it very carefully and lovingly."

  Rumor has it that in the early days of Star Trek, cast members were put off by Shatner's inability to compromise and tendency to take over scenes, wanting as much camera time as possible. Takei points to Shatner as the instigator of it all: "It's all coming from Bill. Whenever he needs a little publicity for a project, he pumps up the so-called controversy between us."

  Shatner has admitted some fault when going into more detail about Takei in his memoir: "He would come in every so often during the week while we were shooting Star Trek. I was busy learning lines and dealing with my life, so I really can't remember a meaningful conversation - I'm sure that would be my fault... my lack of attention."

  Shatner did pay attention, though, when Takei married his long-term partner in 2008 and left Shatner off the invitation list. Shatner took to the airwaves to complain. In response, Takei told a journalist, "If he had an issue, he could have easily just phoned us before the wedding, simple as that."

  While Sarah Jessica Parker insists there is no feud between herself and co-star Kim Cattrall, comments made by Cattrall on social media show otherwise. Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones in the series and film franchise, tweeted, "The only 'DEMAND' I ever made was that I didn't want to do a 3rd film." She has subsequently been blamed for the lack of a third SATC movie.

  When Parker made a public condolence after the passing of Cattrall's sister, Cattrall published an incendiary comment on Instagram: "Let me make this VERY clear.   Long before their days as Wayne and Garth, Dana Carvey and Mike Myers were burgeoning comedians on Saturday Night Live. Tensions arose during their SNL days when they competed for sketches and attention from the show's creator, Lorne Michaels.

  The sketches that led to Wayne's World were Myers's brainchild, and he asked Carvey to play Garth as a secondary character to Wayne. "We were never meant to be a comedy team, Mike just invited me into the sketch but I’m really grateful that he did," Carvey told a reporter. Myers was reportedly jealous of Garth's popularity, and this evolved into serious insecurities as the Wayne's World movie started production.

  Carvey apparently quit before filming started, unhappy with Garth's role in the film. After the script was reworked, Carvey returned. However, filming was emotionally trying, and Myers was devastated over the result - despite its widespread popularity. "I couldn’t watch it. I thought it was awful. I was inconsolable, and Lorne who has more experience than I do was looking at me as if I was insane because he knew it played really great," he shared.

  The feud between Myers and Carvey reached its apex when Carvey claimed Myers's Dr. Evil character was a direct copy of Carvey's impression of Lorne Michaels. Carvey was so upset over this that he refused to talk to Myers for years.

  Jim Carrey and Tommy Lee Jones were both at the height of their careers when they shared the screen in Batman Forever. Carrey, who was excited to meet and work with Jones, was shocked when Jones did not reciprocate. "I went up to say hi and the blood drained from his face in such a way that I realized that I had become the face of his pain or something." Carrey believed the source of this animosity was related to the release of Carrey's Dumb and Dumber and Jones's Cobb on the same weekend, the latter of which was not a success.

Things were apparently so bad on set that the negativity seeped into the end result: Both Dom (played by Diesel) and Hobbs (played by the Rock) have separate storylines and share minimal screen time. The crew had to incorporate special effects and the use of doubles to make the film work.

  While neither actor has made a direct statement about what caused the tension between them, both have made cryptic comments on social media. The Rock has published multiple posts on Instagram about an unnamed actor he doesn't care for, and Diesel posted a video on the same platform about "industry dirt."

  “I found out so early on that you would say something to one person for one interview and it followed you for the rest of your life,” Debra Winger told Bravo host Andy Cohen in 2018 - 34 years after the award-winning Terms of Endearment was released. In the movie, Winger shares the screen with Shirley MacLaine, who plays her mother.

  MacLaine had already been nominated for three Oscars, and Winger was a new actor, but both provided stellar performances in the film. The free-spirited nature of Winger's character Emma clashed with MacLaine as the more refined mother Aurora, and the two could not turn down the tension when they weren't filming.

  MacLaine wrote in her autobiography My Lucky Stars about a particularly hostile yelling match. MacLaine claims that Winger "turned around, walked away from me, lifted her skirt slightly, looked over her shoulder, bent over, and farted in my face.” Winger has indicated that MacLaine was not lying.

Allegedly, Roberts wanted nothing to do with it.

  The 1990s were a good time for the careers of actors Val Kilmer and Tom Sizemore, and they both started the new millennium by making the sci-fi thriller Red Planet. The two had been friends off and on over the years, but resentment grew when Kilmer found out that Sizemore's elliptical machine had been shipped from the states all the way to Australia, the filming location. "I'm making ten million on this; you're only making two," Kilmer reportedly screamed.

  A planned fight scene between their characters was toned down after Sizemore threw a 50-pound weight at Kilmer and, fortunately, missed him. Eventually, Kilmer refused to leave his trailer if he knew Sizemore was on set, and their stunt doubles had to be brought in to fill out scenes. The film was eventually finished, and no one was seriously hurt.

  Stories about Wesley Snipes's behavior during the filming of Blade: Trinity abound. Perhaps the most circulated anecdote relates to his treatment of co-star Ryan Reynolds, who plays his sidekick in the final installment of the comic book vampire series. One anonymous crew member shared how Snipes alluded to Ryan Reynolds as "that cracker." For example, Snipes would yell, "Tell that cracker to get out of my eyeline," and, "Tell that cracker to get his lines right."

  Snipes would go on to sue the producers of the movie for, among other problems, not including more people of color in the cast, which he said created a hostile environment for him. A Spin magazine journalist sent to the set during filming observed Snipes mistreating crew members, incessantly smoking pot, and refusing to cooperate during scenes.

  When these two Hollywood hunks starred together as detectives solving the slaying of a rap group, the vibe between them was apparently quite tense. Hartnett admitted to being very nervous about meeting one of his acting idols, and this anxiety transferred over onto the set. "There were times we would end up just sitting in the car when we were supposed to be doing a scene and neither of us would say anything for like an hour," Hartnett confessed.

  Things got worse after they were involved in a car wreck during a complicated stunt scene, which left Hartnett with a concussion and Ford with a pulled groin. Hartnett was driving, but he told journalists it was not his fault. "We have it all on film," he said. "The camera was attached to the back of the car."

  Fortunately, by the end of the film, the awkwardness eased up a bit. "I think there was a testing period I had to endure. But we ended up getting along near the end," said Hartnett. The jury is out on whether Ford feels the same way.
