    In June of 2009, Dizzee Rascal was starting out a show at the University of Kent when he suddenly stumbled forward over an amplifier and launched himself face-first into the crowd. The music stopped as astonished onlookers froze. 

    Fortunately, he emerged unscathed, and with some help from his team was able to return to the stage to continue the performance.

    When Drake performed on America's Most Wanted tour in 2009 with an injured knee, he suffered a nasty fall and had to be helped offstage at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, New Jersey. He had torn his ACL mere weeks before the show, which also featured artists like Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, and Soulja Boy.

    Following the incident, Lil Wayne stopped the track and joked around with the crowd while Drake was receiving medical attention.

    In October of 2018, Paula Abdul fell offstage during a concert in Biloxi, Mississippi. While singing "The Promise of a New Day," the singer went to the front of the stage to greet fans, only to stumble and take a spill.

    Fortunately, she was not injured and got back up to continue the performance.

    The faux pas was brief, however, and with some assistance from Florence Welch, she was able to get back on her feet to accept the crowd's cheers of support.

Manson was taken to the hospital on a stretcher and canceled his remaining tour dates as a result of his undisclosed injuries.
