Date: August 13, 2009Reason: In March 2009, Stallworth struck and killed a pedestrian while driving under the influence. He served 24 days in jail and lost his driver's license permanently. The NFL suspended him for the entirety of the 2009 season, and he returned in 2010 with the Baltimore Ravens.

Date: May 15, 2007Reason: In February 2007, Jones was involved in an altercation at a strip club in which he was accused of attacking a dancer and threatened a security guard. Date: December 17, 1925Reason: Folz reportedly hired high school players to play against his team, the Chicago Cardinals, in order to ensure a victory and help the Cardinals win the 1925 NFL Championship. He was suspended for life, and though he was reinstated the following year, Folz never played professional football again.
