About This Tool

The word Canada comes from the Indian word “Canada, ” which means “community” or “village. ”. Cartier used the word “Canada” for the first time in his address to the King of France, referring to Quebec, where he had arrived. In 1616, the land along the Canadian River and Gulf of Saint Lawrence (French: Golfe Du Saint-Laurent; English: Gulf of St. Lawrence) is still referred to as Canada, even though the entire region has been named La Nouvelle-France.

The random tool generates 29 items that record the Canadian House of Common's military service list. These include S Ébastien Gagnon, William Alfred Galliher, Joseph Gautht, Louis-Philippe Gauthier, Pierre Gauthier, Marvin Gelber, etc.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of Members of the Canadian House of Commons with military service (G).
