About This Tool
Nassar, an arm of India’s Maoist Army, began in 1967 in the West Bengal village of Naxalbari. The Naxalite is a relatively active South Asian Revolutionary Force in recent years, whose activities have increased at an alarming rate. At its peak, militants infiltrated 125 districts of India’s 12 states and grew in size.
