About This Tool
The New School for Social Studies is an American institution of Higher Education based in New York City, with most of its buildings located in the Greenwich Village area. The university has about 9,300 students in its faculty and research institutes. The major departments include social sciences, humanities, public policy, art and music related subjects. America’s No. 1 School of art and design, Charles Algernon Parsons, is part of the new school.
