About This Tool

In the 1756 region, Portugal became the first country in the world to define a wine-producing area, strictly following the growing and brewing process of origin, and now Portuguese wines, whether the unique style of red wine or the freshness and charm of white wine has been accepted. The Portuguese wine region is divided into three classes. At the top is the Denomina ãçode Origem Controlada, at the second is the Proven ência regulamentada and at the last is the Vinho region (VR).

In the early 2000s, there were many changes in the classification and Nomenclature of Portuguese wine regions. These grades are no longer fixed, through the years of sublimation and modern demographic changes and many other reasons. The random tool generated 35 of Portugal’s most famous wines, grouped into specific categories according to grade and texture.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of Portuguese wine regions.
