About This Tool
The Republic of Liberia is a country in Africa, located in West Africa. It is one of the world’s Least Developed Countries, an agricultural country that accounts for 72% of the population and where education has been a major headache for the government. The government has built schools of various levels, large and small, but until 2003 illiteracy accounted for about 58 percent of the population.
Liberia has a 12-year education system at the primary and secondary levels. Primary and junior high schools provide free education, but 50% of school-age children are out of school. Of the 310 schools compiled by the generator tool, almost all of them cover primary and secondary education resources located in various regions. However, due to local parent's different understanding of education, family economy and other reasons, many school-age students still choose to report at home rather than at school. If you randomly look at any of the schools on this list, you’ll see that they’ve been around for a long time, some of them are over a hundred years old, but they still don’t solve the local education problem.
