About This Tool

Michigan’s 88 brownfields, which are kept in a random tool, were evaluated by the local United States Environmental Protection Agency before they were added to the Superfund’s website, including sites that are likely to cause significant harm to human health and the environment on the “National Priority List”, giving priority to treatment and sewage disposal.

Thankfully, from the generator, we could see that three brownfield sites in Michigan have been processed and removed from the superfund site and restored to their natural, previously unpolluted state. In addition, “Brownfields” that are still in the process of being processed and restored, including their specific numbers, complete lists, cities, and causes of pollution, are also clearly recorded in the tool list.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of Superfund sites in Michigan.
