Random WWE Superstars Who Deserve To Be In Hall Of Fam

  • Thumb of The Undertaker video

    (#1) The Undertaker

    • Band/Musician

    WWE Debut: November 22nd, 1990

No one has left more of a legacy in the WWE than the Undertaker. For over three decades the Undertaker has been a main eventer for the almost every Pay-Per-View. He's won multiple world titles, tag team titles, and even had a 21-match winning steak at Wrestlemania. Undertaker is also arguably one of the greatest and most original gimmicks that was ever created, having a staying power that no one could've predicted almost 30 years ago.

  • Thumb of Dwayne Johnson video

    (#2) Dwayne Johnson

    • Actor

    WWE Debut: November 17th, 1996

The Rock is an five-time WWE Champion, two-time Intercontinental champion, five-time WWE Tag Team champion, a Royal Rumble winner, and, oh yeah, THE BIGGEST MOVIE STAR ON THE PLANET! The Rock is the biggest crossover Hollywood star in pro wrestling history and it's only a matter of the Rock having time to properly accept his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Thumb of The Big Show video

    (#3) The Big Show

    • Film

    WWE debut: February 14th, 1999

The Big Show is one of the greatest big men to ever step foot in a WWE ring. He's been with the WWE for two decades and has won just about every men's title they have (except for the cruiserweight, of course). When the Big Show enters the WWE Hall of Fame it'll be well earned.

  • Thumb of The Hardy Boyz video

    (#4) The Hardy Boyz

    • Film Actor

WWE debut: May 25th 1994 (Jeff) and July 11th 1994 (Matt)

The Hardy Boyz went from jobbers to tag team royalty over the course of 25 years. Their matches with Edge & Christian and the Dudley Boyz are legendary, and the fact that both Matt and Jeff Hardy are still on the active WWE roster proves their lasting popularity and uncanny ability to change with the times.

  • Thumb of Kane video

    (#5) Kane

    • Wrestler

WWE Debut: June 26th, 1995 as Dr. Issaac Yankem, October 5th, 1997 as Kane

Kane has left his mark for over 22 years as being one of the most popular and most unforgettable characters in WWE history. A character that could've been a throwaway gimmick if it was mishandled during his initial storyline became one of the most accomplished and decorated. Kane has multiple title reigns, memorable matches, and feuds that people still talk about to this day. In fact, Kane has made an impact in and out of the ring as he's now the actual mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. Through hellfire and brimstone, Kane will be in the WWE Hall of Fame one day. Maybe.

  • Thumb of John Cena video

    (#6) John Cena

    • TV Episode

    WWE debut: June 27th, 2002

John Cena has been the face of WWE for longer than anyone in company history. In fact, Cena's multiple WWE world title reigns and main event matches are unparalleled. For all the years Cena carried the company, there's definitely no one more deserving of a WWE Hall of Fame induction, and even all the Cena haters can see that!

  • Thumb of Owen Hart video

    (#7) Owen Hart

    • Wrestler

WWE debut: September 11th, 1988 (as Blue Blazer)  December 1st, 1991 (as Owen Hart)

Owen Hart was the youngest of the Hart family and aside from his brother Bret "the Hitman" Hart was the most accomplished Hart in pro wrestling history. While never quite achieving the level of success as Bret did, Owen carved out his own legacy within the world of professional wrestling. Owen Hart was a fantastic professional wrestler with many championships under his belt. Owen definitely deserves a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame, but, unfortunately, due to his death at a WWE event back in 1999 fans may never get to see him inducted due to ill will between his widow and the company.

  • Thumb of Big Van Vader video

    (#8) Big Van Vader

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: January 21st, 1996

The man they call Vader is easily one of the most popular pro wrestlers of all time. Vader was a heavyweight who could do moves that no other wrestler his size could do at the time. Vader was a champion everywhere he went (except for WWE, ironically enough). Still, Vader was a pioneer in pro wrestling and he revolutionized what it meant to be a big man in the ring, and that alone should be enough for a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Thumb of Goldust video

    (#9) Goldust

    • Wrestler

WWE debut: September 21st, 1990 (as Dustin Rhodes) October 22nd, 1995

Dustin Rhodes/Goldust was the first domino in what became the WWE Attitude Era. He was a few years ahead of the biggest boom period in pro wrestling but in late 1995 Goldust was an androgynous envelope-pushing character who cleared the way for a number of edgy characters to hit the big leagues. While Goldust won many championships during his multiple stints with the WWE, it's the character's staying power that is his most notable accomplishment. He may not currently be portraying Goldust in WWE, but Dustin Rhodes is still competing at an elite level.

  • Thumb of Batista video

    (#10) Batista

    • Fictional Character

    WWE debut: May 9th, 2002

Batista may best be known now as Guardians of the Galaxy member Drax the Destroyer in the MCU but his career in WWE is definitely hall-of-fame worthy. Batista's WWE career started taking off when he was the muscle for Triple H's group Evolution; Batista's cool and silent demeanor while in the group earned him a solid following. When Batista finally broke way from Triple H and took his world title away his career skyrocketed to the top. Batista and John Cena became the new foundations of WWE after The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin left. Batista is a no-brainer for the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Thumb of Miss Elizabeth video

    (#11) Miss Elizabeth

    • Media Personality

    WWE debut: July 30th, 1985

Miss Elizabeth was a vital cog in the hall of fame career of Macho Man Randy Savage. She was just as popular as Savage was and played a pivotal role in all of his major storylines. She garnered the nickname the First Lady of Professional Wrestling because that's exactly what she was when Savage was on top. Miss Elizabeth brought a feminine aspect to WWE that hadn't ever been seen before, not to mention bringing a fresh female perspective to WWE television. She definitely deserves to be the First Lady of the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Thumb of Christian video

    (#12) Christian

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: September 27th, 1998

Christian is quietly one of the most decorated WWE Superstars of all time. He's accrued nine WWE Tag Team title reigns, four WWE Intercontinental titles, two ECW championships, and two World Heavyweight Titles. Christian has done it all without ever being the main focus of any WWE programming and will undoubtedly go into the WWE Hall of Fame one day. And yes, that reeks of awesomeness!

  • Thumb of William Regal video

    (#13) William Regal

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: June 28th, 1998

William Regal is an accomplished in-ring performer for numerous promotions over the years and has been a vital part of WWE's Performance Center as a recruiter and scout. Regal is often regarded as one of the best British wrestlers of all time. For this and so many other reasons, Regal should definitely be looking at a WWE Hall of Fame inducted sooner rather than later.

  • Thumb of Rob Van Dam video

    (#14) Rob Van Dam

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: May 12th, 1997

Rob Van Dam is one of the most unique performers in WWE history. He made his first appearance on WWE television back in 1997 while still be a member of renegade promotion ECW. RVD has won 21 championships throughout his 29-year career. He's a former WWE, ECW, and TNA champion, and someday after he's officially retired (or not working for any rival promotions) he'll likely be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Thumb of CM Punk video

    (#15) CM Punk

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: July 4th, 2006

CM Punk's résumé is definitely hall-of-fame worthy. The issue of his WWE Hall of Fame induction is more of whether or not CM Punk himself would welcome one given that Punk left the company due to being burned out and no longer having a love for professional wrestling. Punk has recently seemed to soften his stance on his view of WWE, and while he may not quite be ready for a return to the company, he is no longer bad-mouthing the organization and thus giving fans hope of a reconciliation in the near future.

  • Thumb of Demolition video

    (#16) Demolition

    WWE debut: January 17th, 1987

Initially thought of as rip-offs of the NWA's Road Warriors, Ax and Smash of Demolition soon forged their own legacy by winning the WWE Tag Team titles on three separate occasions. Fans have long clamored for a Demolition WWE Hall of Fame induction, but it has not happened yet.

  • Thumb of The British Bulldogs video

    (#17) The British Bulldogs

    WWE debut: 1984

The British Bulldogs, while only WWE Tag Team champions once in their careers, redefined tag team wrestling and are a hugely influential tag team to this day. Sadly, both Davey Boy Smith and The Dynamite Kid have passed away, but they are truly one of the greatest tag teams to ever step foot in the squared circle.

  • Thumb of Lex Luger video

    (#18) Lex Luger

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: January 24th, 1993

Lex Luger had quite an accomplished career before even debuting in WWE. Luger has won numerous titles in the NWA and WCW, and while he never won a title while in WWE, he was on top of the card for most of his tenure with the company. Luger's accomplishments before and after his WWE tenure definitely deserve some consideration for a WWE Hall of Fame induction.

  • Thumb of Brian Pillman video

    (#19) Brian Pillman

    • Wrestler

    WWE debut: June 10th, 1996

Sadly, Brian Pillman's tenure in WWE seemed cursed (he passed away a little over a year after signing with the company), but as a member of the Hart Foundation in the summer of 1997, he definitely made a mark on one of the hottest storylines in WWE history. Pillman was a tremendous wrestler when he was with WCW and was a trailblazer in regards to blurring the lines between what is real and fake in professional wrestling. Pillman's loose cannon character is still talked about to this day and his influence on current pro wrestlers is enough to merit a WWE Hall of Fame induction.

  • Thumb of Rick Martel video

    (#20) Rick Martel

    • Actor

    WWE debut: July 1980

Rick Martel was a champion in every major promotion he worked for. In fact, Martel is a former three-time WWE Tag Team champion and former AWA World Heavyweight champion. He was a terrific babyface for multiple promotions and was an even better heel when he turned into The Model Rick Martel after turning on his tag team partner Tito Santana. Martel was a terrific wrestler and seriously deserves an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.
