About This Tool
At the beginning of the 2nd century, British capitalism entered the stage of monopoly and continued to expand to the outside world. The legislation changed correspondingly, from the original liberal legislation to the so-called “Socialized”legislation, that is, to properly interfere with private contracts and commercial freedom, to limit the scope of private land ownership, to control strikes and industrial disputes, in order to protect the further development of capitalism.
