About This Tool

The new catalog of Nebulae and star clusters (NGC) is an 1888 catalog of deep space objects compiled by Louis Emir Dreyer. It extends the cataloging work of Hoecherl and Caroline Herschel, as well as the John Frederick William Herschel’s general catalog of Nebulae and star clusters. NGC contains 7,840 objects known as NGC.

To better discover alien galaxies (in fact, most of them are Nebulae) , Messier devoted his life to cataloging objects seen in the sky with small telescopes, today’s amateur astronomers love to make observations. The random tool generated 103 items for the Nebula cataloged from NGC 3001-4000. More relevant information can also be found in the random tool

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of NGC objects (3001–4000).
