(#2) Applebee's Honey Barbecue Riblets
Barbecue Sauce
1 cup ketchup
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavor
- Simmer for 20 minutes
- Season ribs with salt, pepper and garlic
- Sear the ribs on the grill until both sides are mahogany in color at 155 degrees
- Place ribs on a roaster
- Cover bottom of pan with water and liquid smoke flavor
- Seal with two layers of foil wrap
- Slow cook in 275 degrees or until meat is tender
- Cover ribs with chopped onions,peppers and tomatoes
- When ribs are cooked and tender brush with Honey Barbecue Sauce(#6) Applebee's Santa Fe Stuffed Chicken
8 boned, skinned chicken breast halves
- Pound chicken including the breast parts until flat and rectangular shaped
8 oz. block Monterey jack cheese - divided
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup melted butter OR margarine
1 Tbls. butter OR margarine
1 Tbls. all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 sm. red bell pepper - seeded, diced
1 sm. green bell pepper - seeded, diced
- Cut and grate the cheese into 8 slices
- Wrap the chicken around the sliced cheese with the wooden picks
- Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, cumin, and pepper
- Roll the chicken in the melted butter and in bread crumbs mixture
- Place in a baking dish
- Drizzle remaining butter over the chicken
- Refrigerate for ! hour
- Bake in a 400 degree oven until chicken is cooked
- Melt butter in a saucepan,add flour and milk, simmer
- Stir in grated cheese,simmer until thick, make sure it won't burn
- Place cooked chicken on plate,pour sauce and top with diced pepper(#10) Applebee's Classic Patty Melt
1 burger patty
- Season burger with salt, pepper and garlic
Salt, pepper, granulated garlic, to taste
Melted butter, as needed
2 pieces Italian bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise with roasted garlic and mustard
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 slices Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced onions
- Place on grill or broiler, seasoned
- Cook at 155 degrees
- Melt butter
- Spread mayonnaise onto bread
- Drop bread, dry side down onto melted pools
- Cover one slice of bread with two slices of Swiss cheese, and the other with cheddar
- Saute sliced onions in a melted butter
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic
- Place cooked burger patty on top of cheese and onion(#3) Applebee's Chicken Wings

12 ounces Louisiana Hot Sauce
6 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- Cook wings until done, bake or deep-fry
- Mix all ingredients, in a saucepan, except flour, in medium heat
- Add flour, stir constantly
- When sauce is thick, cover the 9 x 13 inch baking dish with sauce
- In a dish pan, mix rest of sauce with wings
- Bake at 300 degrees until warm
- Serve with celery sticks and blue-cheese dressing(#4) Applebee's Chicken Quesadilla Grande

- Brush one side of tortilla with shortening
2 (12-inch) flour tortillas
2 tablespoons chipotle sauce (optional)

- Spread chipotle sauce evenly on one tortilla
- Microwave chicken for 45 minutes

5 or 6 plum tomatoes

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp parsley
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup rice milk - (to 1)
4 tblspoons flour
- Heat milk, stir in flour when hot, thicken
- Add nutritional yeast and spinach
- Stir in constantly until thicken and gooey
- Saute onion, garlic,tomatoes,mushroom and spices
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Place split pita bread o n a cookie sheet or pizza pan
- Spread spinach over
- Top with tomato mixture without the juice
- Bake until the edges of the pita does not burn
